You are buying an Aperio Profiles assessment for your own use. Aperio Profiles, trading under Liberation Academy Ltd, is the data controller. We will process your contact details under Article 6(1)(b) to fulfil this purchase, and your assessment responses under Article 6(1)(b) and Article 9(2)(a) explicit consent for the health-data inferences the assessment produces. Your raw answers are deleted or anonymised about 90 days after your report is produced, and your results are kept while your Aperio account is active. Your access code is kept for up to 12 months, and your payment record for 6 years because HMRC requires it. You can withdraw consent and request deletion at any time from your Aperio account (www.aperioprofiles.co.uk/account). Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. By completing this purchase, you confirm you have read this notice and consent to the processing described.
